My wife and I visited every agency in Katong Shopping Centre and we’re fortunate to find Ms Ng Hui Xian (Shenny) to help us. She listened to our needs carefully and patiently explain questions we raised.
At the same time, she’s effective and efficient on preparing documents as well as addressing things that I should pay attention to. We found a good helper from Philippine in 2020 and just renewed the contract.
She can also speak mandarin which is quite helpful for my case. I’d recommend her for the quality service.
